By signing up to receive my "Take Charge of Your Empathy: Live Connected and Protected," offering you are consenting to sign up for my email list through which you will receive occasional updates, blog posts, sale announcements, etc. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time through Mail Chimp's "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. I collect your first and last name and your email address. I do not share this information with any third party, save my web platforms (Mail Chimp and Squarespace).

My website collects cookies, but no individually identifiable information is stored. Your activity on this website is tracked based on your IP address. Information about your visit to this website, including pages visited, links clicked, and other site activity is stored website log files for 7 days.

By purchasing my art, you are consenting to share your name, address (for shipping and billing), and payment information via PayPal.

By purchasing my mentoring and coaching services, you are consenting to share your name, address (for billing and possibly flower essence packages), and payment information via PayPal.

By using my virtual mentoring and coaching services, whether paying or complimentary, you are consenting to share your name, email address and phone number.

Art

Can I use your images, provided I credit you? Yes. Credit must be explicit and, if digital, link back to my website.

What is your refund policy for art? If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may return it for a refund within 30 days, provided it is in its original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs.

Coaching and Mentoring

What is your refund policy for coaching and mentoring? I do not offer a refund for my services.

What happens if I miss a session? If you cancel 24 hours or more prior to our scheduled appointment, I am happy to reschedule our time together. If you cancel less than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment (baring an emergency situation), you are required to pay in full.
